The International Conference on Electrical Engineering (CEE) comes as a forum for presenting and sharing recent research results and technological developments in the fields of electrical engineering. The conference features keynote speeches, technical presentations, and demonstrations.The fourth edition of the conference (CEE'2025) will be held from May 6 to 7, 2025, at the Ecole Militaire Polytechnique (EMP) in Algiers, Algeria. Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, survey works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in, but are not limited to, the following areas:
The conference will be held in the Ecole Militaire Polytechnique - Chahid Abderrahmane Taleb (EMP) located in Algiers, the capital and the largest city of ALGERIA. This pioneering engineering college is located in Bordj El Bahri, a lively city lapped by the Mediterranean Sea and facing the well-known Algiers bay. EMP is one of the oldest technical schools for the training of highly-qualified academics in ALGERIA. Its know-how covers teaching and research activities in the fields of Computer Science, Chemistry, Electrical and Mechanical engineering.
Authors are invited to submit original contributions (written in English) in PDF format. Only original papers, not published or considered for publication elsewhere, can be submitted. Papers should follow the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) formatting guidelines and submitted via the Submission Portal.
Authors should make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap works that have been already published or simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Papers exceeding the 10 pages limit, multiple submissions, and plagiarized papers will be rejected without further review. Original submissions will be subject to a peer-review process. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
