Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 1st Rocketry Symposium (RS2024). This event will be held on November 20th, 2024. The symposium will be a face-to-face organized by the Teaching and Research Unit in Fluid Mechanics and Energetic at the Ecole Militaire Polytechnique (EMP), Bordj El Bahri, Algiers, Algeria.

RS is intended to serve as a forum for the exchange of recent research results and ideas in rocket propulsion. It is designed to be of interest to a broad spectrum of participants, including government agencies, relevant international institutions, universities, research organizations, air and space companies, as well as media and the general public.

The inaugural edition of the Rocketry Symposium aims to provide an academic platform for graduate and post-graduate students, as well as research professionals, to engage with essential concepts in rocket propulsion and exchange experiences.

The RS2024 will cover different aspects of the rocket propulsion field. We invite speakers to submit proposals for presentations that align with the symposium's theme. Download the Call for Speakers here.

Graduate and post-graduate students are also invited to submit abstracts of their works conducted in the field of rocketry in order to participate through a poster session. The best works may be selected for oral presentations. Download the Call for Abstracts here.

The RS2024 also provides an opportunity for Algerian academicians to participate as listeners. We hope you will attend and contribute to the 1st Rocketry Symposium (RS2024).

We look forward to seeing you in Algeria.
