Paper Instructions

All full paper submitted to the CME'2020 will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical/research content, research depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals to participate in CME 2020, look forward to seeing you in Algiers, during March 17-18, 2020.

Please click Submission through EasyChair requires that an account in the system be created by a prospective author first. In order to create a new account, select the “I have no EasyChair account” option and follow the instructions given.

Paper Preparation

  1. Manuscripts should comply with the format of the Conference Preparation Guide Template.
  2. Download the CME2020 paper template and prepare your manuscript according to the instructions given in this file. 
  3. When your paper is ready, generate the corresponding .pdf file.
  4. Please include the name of the corresponding author in the paper file name.
  5. The paper file dimension should not exceed 2 MB. If necessary, please reduce the resolution of your illustrations in order to fulfill this request.
  6. Carefully proof read your paper. There will be no paper proof reading by the CME2020 Organizing Committee.

Paper Submission steps :

  1. Full paper (6-8 pages) in pdf format and written in English can be submitted only.
  2. To upload your paper, click the link below:

  3. Log in to the Participants area with your login details. For authors who don't have an easychair account, they must first register.
  4. Follow the instructions, step by step, and then use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. The required fields are marked by *.
  5. Before submission, please fill in "Author and Co-authors" table at the page bottom. Please do not use exclusively capital letters in authors' information, as part of this information will be used in the authors' index.
  6. Carefully check  spelling of authors' names and institutions.
  7. Browse and upload your .pdf file of your paper by clicking the button "Update" at the bottom of the submission form. Do not press the button twice: uploading may take time!
