Welcome

The 10th international school on signal processing and its applications (ISSPA'25), organized by the Signal Processing Laboratory of École Militaire Polytechnique (EMP) - Chahid Abderrahmane Taleb, is a forum that convenes distinguished researchers, lecturers and postgraduate students from academic institutions, universities and industry partners, collaborating on the development of innovative applications of Digital Signal Processing. Initially, the ISSPA was introduced in 2004 with the mission of advancing signal processing research initiatives in developing countries, primarily prioritizing the Maghreb region. The inaugural session of the school was hosted by the École Nationale Polytechnique (ENP) in Algiers, Algeria, in 2004. Subsequent editions were convened across diverse locations: Mostaganem (2005), Jijel (2006), Boumerdès (2007), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2008), Oran (2009), University of Guelma (2017), University of Annaba (2019) and ENP (2024). The school's academic agenda spans a broad spectrum of signal processing disciplines, including but not limited to advanced algorithmic methodologies, image analysis, and interdisciplinary applications.

The 10th edition of this conference will be hosted by the École Militaire Polytechnique (EMP) - Chahid Abderrahmane Taleb - located in Bordj El Bahri, Algiers, Algeria. The focus of this edition will be on Communication and Sensing. Indeed, Joint Sensing and communications became in the last recent years one of the hottest topics in communications community.
