Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors or by a qualified substitute under the prior permission of the Conference Chair.

All registration packages include a conference bag, and give access to all conference sessions, tutorials, all lunches and coffee breaks. Student fees are appliable upon the presentation of a student ID or study certificate at the registration desk of the conference.

Notice that the registration with accommodation includes up to 3 nights stay. Prior acceptance of the Conference Chair is mandatory for accommodation requests.
